Here is a downloadable file of the list of cheeses I regularly stock.
Covid-19 update: some cheeses are no longer in production - e.g. all the Beau Farm goat cheese is no longer made or are on a variable delivery schedule, so I may have to offer substitutes. Also at present I only offer a limited selection of cheeses from the list, as I cannot store too much stock at the moment with so few outlets for sales. So the cheese description list below does not represent what I have in stock or what I can get.
Generally I can order many others, except for a few that are "tied" to particular wholesalers. I have also come across a few cheeses where the producers makes such small batches that they are all sold well in advance to their chosen customers.
When time permits this page will get expanded to show the contents of the file below.
